I'm guessing that BDSM Team can make 20 random people sick, or maybe 'spread X psych' to 20 random people. But that's just a guess and doesn't really explain why it came back for Netzach.
Shit place to test it though, if I get a gash, healed, and then get a new gash, it's probably going to need another heal. Doesn't give out regeneration does it?
